WHERE IS OUR HOPE !!!

The Four candles burn slowly......

The ambience was so soft that you could hear them talking !!!

The first one said " I'm PEACE ! However, nobody can keep me lit.I believe i will go out."

It's flames rapidly diminishes and goes out completely.

The second one says" I'm FAITH ! Most of all i'm no longer indispensable, so it doesn't make any sense that i stay lit any longer."

When it finished talking,a wind softly blew on it putting it out.

Sadly, the third candle spoke in its turn: " I'm LOVE ! I haven't got the strength to stay lit.People put me aside and don't understand my importance.They even forget to love those who are nearest to them."

And waiting no longer it goes out.

Suddenly,

A child enters the room and sees three candle not burning. Why are you not burning? You are supposed to stay lit till the end." saying this the child begins to cry.

Then the fourth candle said:"Don't be afraid, while i'm still burning, you can RE-LIGHT the other candle, I'm HOPE !

With shining eyes, the child took the candle of HOPE and lit the other candles.

The FLAME OF HOPE should never go out from your life...and that each of us can maintain HOPE, FAITH, PEACE and LOVE.

God has chalked out a plan for each one of His children.If we could keep that thought embedded in our mind and proceed with hope and confidence, no adversity can deter us.

Paul had such a strong hope and a very clear vision. During the sea voyage of Paul, the ship was tossed by fierce winds and it started to drift.The wind and the rain continued for days.They could see neither stars nor sun. All those,who were on the ship lost their hope of survival. But Paul did not lose hope. Though the ship was wrecked, Paul knew clearly that he would reach the land.

He assured them, that no hair would fall from their head. (Acts.27:34) Though the ship was shattered, everyone of them reached Rome safely, just as Paul had said.

Things might turn upside down and calamities may come crushing us, but certainly we will reach the place, where God wants us to be.

Don't lose the hope that you have in christ.......we will sure to reach where we are destined to.
